At Livaro, we're committed to making sure that every order is delivered quickly, efficiently, and reliably.

Here is a brief look at how we ship things and what you may expect:

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Time to handle: 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday)

Delivery Time: 20-25 business days (Monday-Friday)

As soon as you place your order, our team starts working on to ensure timely shipping.

Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will get an order confirmation email with your order number and other information once you place your order. When the item ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to track it. There will be a last notice issued when the package arrives.

Shipping Carrier & Cost

We collaborate with multiple shipping carriers around the world to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition, no matter where they're being shipped. All orders get free standard shipping.

Shipping Area

We only ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Ireland right now, and not to the following places because of carrier restrictions:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Addresses for APO, FPO, and DPO

Packages that are lost or missing

If your tracking status says "delivered" but you haven't gotten your package yet:

  • Double-check to make sure your mailing address is correct.
  • Search all the places where you might be able to get your package.
  • Ask someone at your residence or among your neighbors if they receive the package.
  • Use your tracking number to get in touch with the carrier directly.

Please get in touch with us right away if the package is officially reported lost. We will send you a new package or give you your money back, depending on what you want.
